VÆRITUM‑9
A framework for describing system behavior over time.
VÆRITUM‑9 provides a vocabulary and a minimal structure for relating the declared purpose of a system to its observed behavior, and for making the distance between the two legible. It is intended for use by practitioners, auditors, and institutions concerned with the long‑run conduct of complex systems.
The framework is published as an open specification. It is not a product. Its development is stewarded by the Systems Resilience Working Group.
