The first stable publication of the framework.
Version 1.0.0 of VÆRITUM‑9 has been published by the Systems Resilience Working Group. This release establishes the canonical model, policy, and schemas, and marks the point from which subsequent revisions will be tracked. The specification, examples, and supporting materials are available in the public repository.
